“OH GAWD!”, Detroit player Big Sean the Don had a song leak today that is expected to be on his sophomore album to be released December 18th, “Hall of Fame: Memoirs of a Detroit Player”. Titled Guap, the track is produced by 21 year-old Key Wayne (Amen) and Chicago’s Young Chop (I Don’t Like) and has everything from deep synths, Ye soundbites (HEEEHHH!), a tropical xylophone, quick snapping snares, and all the Sean shout outs we’ve become accustomed to. SWERVE. On the very diverse and unique track, Sean spits two verses with hooks in between, all which contain those talented vocals and flows we’ve come to greatly appreciate from the G.O.O.D. teammate. If you were me, you were also wondering what the F word guap was. Thanks to RapGenius and UrbanDictionary, I now know that “guap” definitely refers to “money”, “cash”, “stacks”, “racks”, “dough”, “cheddar”, and “currency”. You learn something new everyday, you guys. Take a listen to the new track and see what you think. Although I don’t think it will be the absolute best on Sean’s second debut studio album, I still think it’s one I’d play before becoming extremely intoxicated and would continue to enjoy during said intoxication. Happy Thirsty Thursday you booze hounds. Get Your Earz Wet.
