We have a funky new track from Australian dance-rock group Gold Fields to jump-start your weekend shenanigans. The song is titled Dark Again (Lights Out) and it is the first single off the groups debut LP Black Sun, set for release in January. Dark Again has a very unique sound, with its chunky bass line and powerful chorus; this is truly a genre-bending track. Gold Field’s frontman Mark Fuller recently commented on the song, stating that it is about, “pulling a relationship out of a rut. It’s just about snapping out of a negative mind frame and realizing that you’ve got something pretty special.” So with good vibes like that how can you not dig this jam? And better yet, Gold Fields are one of the artists performing at the 2012 Filter Magazine’s Cultures Collide Festival in LA, that The Eargazm just so happens to be promoting! Gold Fields are set to perform at the echoplex stage at 10 PM on Saturday October 6th, so Enter Our Ticket Giveaway and get the chance to see the Gold Fields live, as well as a slew of other awesome artists hailing from over 25 countries, for the unbeatable price of Free.99.
