A few of California’s canines, none of which appeared in the film Beverly Hills Chihuahua, gathered in the studio for an ode to their city. Longtime Long Beach duo Tha Dogg Pound teamed with Snoop Dogg(Other Half of Lion) to release their track titled L.A. Here’s 2 U. The song begins with an old school sample from a track that sounds within the “Baadasssss” era that ultimately blends into serving as the looped hook. Snoop is the first to throw out a verse, spreading that contagious kick back and blunt blowing relaxed vibe the Dogg is known for. The smacking boom clap accompanied with a couple piano keys continues throughout as Tha Dogg Pound lay down their respected bars.
