Mesmerizing… is a perfect word to describe the aura of this song. Alpines, made up of Bob Matthews (guitar and production) and Catherine Pockson (pianist, singer/songwriter, bring this one to you very down tempo, as to not make a whole lot of ruckus… Big things are happening for the electro-pop duo from South London, Britain in 2013 with the release of a full length album later this year. The release will be their first full album release, and then we will see what all this fuss is about. This number, that will be featured on the full length, is called Lights. The music video for Lights dropped yesterday, but I didn’t think it was very impressive…no offense. The Vocals and synths are what should be focused on here. Get Your Ears Wet!
