As many of you may know, or may have heard…. Skrillex himself has been working on some new stuff in time to release for the New Year. Last time I checked, it’s the 3rd of January 2013, which means that it’s time to drop. He uploaded three new songs off his newest EP entitled Leaving. The three tracks sound totally different from one another, only one of them sounding like past Skrillex experiences. If you listen to all three you’ll know exactly what I mean. This track is called The Reason, and it’s my favorite by FAR. It sounds like a Skrillex hybrid of sorts, with some Trap influences. Less Womp more Synth.
